When somebody performs a search on your old number, they
will be presented with a list of all the new numbers

30 days before your registration expiry, we will contact
registered users about how to renew their registration. |

I have
just renewed my registration for 2 years, what happens after the
registration period? |

For
example if you registered a telephone number on 1st June
2004 for 2 years, this record will expire on 2nd June
2006. 2 weeks before your registration expires, we
will send you a Registration Expiry Notification.
You can then either:
- Do
nothing which will result in the removal of your
telephone number from our database.

Login into Account Manager and re-register the number
anytime after the expiry date.

long can I register for? |

register from 1 to 5 years. After this period you
must re-register if you want your number to searchable.
